I think I'd define it as time spent doing something that serves the kingdom and is not primarily about personal growth or gain. — So, volunteering at an outreach ministry (soup kitchen, shelter, volunteer chaplain, VBS, food pantry, meals on wheels, etc.), evangelism, or even doing back office admin tasks for a ministry (social media, finances, communications, coordination).

At least in my context, I feel like the revival of orthodox Christianity has spawned a lot of great book studies, Sunday school classes, and feast days. But, homeless outreach, the soup kitchen, and other ministries still struggle to get anyone to join. Our balance is off.
